The Santos lab at the Lunenfeld-Tanenbaum Research Institute and the University of Toronto, Canada, is recruiting postdoctoral researchers in the field of mammalian developmental epigenetics. Projects aim to i) dissect the regulation of hypertranscription during development; ii) investigate the systems that sense environmental perturbations in embryos. Approaches involve applying methods in transcriptomics, epigenomics, functional genomics and bioinformatics to mouse models, embryonic stem cell systems and mouse/human embryo models.
